What a trophy spree! The Abacha era seem really to be the golden era of Nigerian football especially the Japan 93, Tunisia 94 and Atlanta 1996 football wins.

What a trophy spree! The Abacha era seem really to be the golden era of Nigerian football especially the Japan 93, Tunisia 94 and Atlanta 1996 football wins.
Yes it was. We had our best football performances and achievements during Abacha’s era. I could remember Clemens Westerhoff saying he had unrestricted access to General Sani Abacha during his time coaching the national team.
