Boosting Nigeria’s Non-Oil Export: Neveah’s World-Class 44,000 MT Recycling Plant Starts Production.

Neveah Limited is proud to announce the successful commencement of production at its state-of-the-artaluminum and copper recycling plant in Ogun State, Nigeria. In a decisive first run, the plant has produced its first set of aluminum ingots, achieving an impressive 85.1% purity level, an indicator of the superior quality Neveah aims to consistently achieve once full-scale operations begin.

By leveraging cutting-edge instruments, Neveah ensures that each ingot adheres to the highest global standards, thereby facilitating seamless access to demanding export markets. This adoption of the latest technology ensures that every ingot produced not only meets but surpasses international quality requirements, reinforcing Neveah’s commitment to premium-grade output that is export-ready.

  A Federal High Court in Lagos State has granted an ex-parte order, effectively freezing General Hydrocarbons Limited's assets and accounts with all commercial banks in Nigeria. This decision comes as a result of a lawsuit filed by First Bank of Nigeria Limited and FBNQUEST Trustees Limited, which accused General Hydrocarbons Limited of owing them a staggering US$225,802,379.69 ($225.8 million) in outstanding debt from loan facilities granted as of September 30, 2024. The court order restricts all commercial banks from releasing or dealing with any assets or monies belonging to General Hydrocarbons Limited, its agents, subsidiaries, or sister companies, up to the amount claimed by the plaintiffs.
