DECLARATION AS ONDO LABOUR PARTY(LP) GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE..

Good morning fellow Nigerians, the good people of Ondo State in the overwhelming desire, aspirations, and outcry of our dear populace for good governance, democratic dividends, and social justice..

Today the 24th of April 2024, the stakeholders of the Labour Party here in Ondo State notably the Obidient movement, Trade Unions, and well-meaning party members have endorsed, adopted, and affirmed by consensus mode the Candidature of Tolulope Ayowunmi Ehuwa as the Governorship candidate of Labour Party(LP) in Ondo State for the forthcoming November 16 2024 Governorship elections in Ondo State..

This endorsement of the candidature of Mr. Tolulope Ayowunmi Ehuwa Aka Toluwalase will enable the long-suffering masses of the Sunshine State to enjoy dividends of democracy through the creation of one million jobs in 5 years for the teeming unemployed youths in the State, huge investments in Agriculture, massive infrastructural provision which includes the construction of an ultra-modern international airport, new railway lines and also new deep seaport projects amongst other infrastructural developmental projects.

This mandate will enable us to bring the necessary development that has eluded our state since the year 2014 about a decade ago when our Gubernatorial mandate which we held from February 2009 to 2014 was surreptitiously traded away by then-Governor of State Dr. Olusegun Mimiko when he defected from the Ruling LP in the State to the PDP..

We will create jobs, and revamp the Agricultural sector with massive investments across the 18 Local Governments and 203 wards spread across the entire Sunshine State, bringing unparalleled development to the long-suffering masses of Ondo State.
